CrossFit Classes
We understand the importance of building a supportive community where everyone feels welcome and comfortable. As soon as you join, you will be greeted by coaches and members who are genuinely invested in your health and well-being. Each day, you will find the workout of the day (WOD) written on the whiteboard as you enter the gym. During class, your coach will guide you through the warm-up, workout, and cool down, providing instruction and feedback to ensure that you are performing all movements with proper technique. Safety is our top priority, and we want to make sure you feel confident and secure while performing the movements, so you can get the most out of your workout. Our goal is to help you reach your goals, whether that's to lose weight, build strength, or improve your overall fitness level. We are here to support you every step of the way.

BoxMate
We provide our members with access to BoxMate, a performance tracking app that allows you to record your lifts and workout times. This app also displays the workout of the day (WOD) each day, so you can plan your training in advance. We strongly recommend keeping track of your weights and times from each workout to monitor your progress and achievements, as well as to help us evaluate the effectiveness of our programming. With BoxMate, you can easily access your training history, set goals and stay motivated.
