I discovered CrossFit in 2010 while serving in the US Military and was immediately drawn to the supportive community and effective training methods. I began coaching in 2015 and found great fulfillment in assisting others in achieving their fitness goals, whether it be weight loss, strength building, overcoming injuries, or correcting movement patterns and muscle imbalances.
My passion lies in people – coaching is not just about instructing someone to move faster or better, it’s about truly connecting with each person and utilizing my skills to help them reach their full potential.

Aaron introduced me to CrossFit when we met in 2014. I was always quite active but CrossFit completely changed my outlook on training, and it was so much more fun! Since Aaron and I met we always dreamt of owning our own gym and in 2021 the dream became a reality!
I have coached kids for many years in Martial Arts and I now run our CrossFit kids program. I love getting the chance to give children the very best start to a healthy lifestyle.

A bit over three years back, I started with CrossFit during my time in the Royal Navy, and it completely changed how I view working out. To me, CrossFit isn’t just about getting a good sweat; it’s a fantastic community that helps you grow both physically and mentally. As a coach, I want to be there for anyone who’s eager to improve and show them that they can push their limits in ways they might not have thought possible. I’ll bring in my experiences from the military police and my Coaching Science degree to help everyone who walks into CrossFit Structure achieve their goals.

I’ve been involved in sports and fitness from a young age, participating in multiple school teams and maintaining a healthy lifestyle throughout my life. Even during my time in the Air Force, I continued to prioritize fitness and even spent over a decade practicing martial arts, including five years as an instructor. Eight years ago, I discovered CrossFit and fell in love with the community and the intensity of the workouts. My goal as a coach is to demonstrate to people of all ages and athletic abilities that they can benefit from CrossFit and the sense of community it offers.

I have been a dedicated member of the CrossFit community since 2015 and earned my Level 1 Coach certification in 2019. In addition to coaching, I also compete in Strongwoman competitions and was named Northampton’s Strongest Woman in 2016 and 2019. My passion is creating an inclusive and enjoyable workout atmosphere for all individuals, regardless of their skill level or past experience.

I’ve been practicing CrossFit for 5 years and as both a member and coach, I have never been more devoted to a gym. To me, CrossFit is more than just a means of losing weight, gaining strength, and improving fitness; it has also greatly enhanced my self-confidence. As a coach I want to empower each member to believe in themselves and achieve their personal goals, whether it be reducing stress or striving to become an elite athlete. I will be there to support and guide them every step of the way.

I’m dedicated to helping individuals surpass limitations and achieve fitness goals with confidence.
