Our program is delivered by Katie Henry, registered clinical dietician with a wealth of knowledge in the Industry. Katie has worked with people from all walks of life. Regardless of your nutrition goals, Katie will be able to help you achieve them!

- Personalised Approach: We know that no two people are the same, which is why Katie will work with you around your specific needs, preferences, and goals. Whether you want to focus on weight management, building lean muscle, or optimizing performance, we’ve got you covered.
- Weekly Check-Ins: Accountability is key to success. Every week, you’ll have a check-in with Katie to assess your progress, make any necessary adjustments, and ensure you’re staying on track. You’re never alone on this journey!
- Recipes straight to your inbox: Struggling with what to eat? We’ll help you with meal ideas. Our goal is to make eating healthy not only achievable but enjoyable.
- Macronutrient Education: Understanding the balance of protein, carbohydrates, and fats is essential to building a sustainable eating pattern. Throughout the program, we’ll educate you on how to balance these macronutrients based on your specific needs.
- InBody Composition Analysis: We’ll track your progress beyond just the scale. Our advanced body composition analysis will give you insights into your muscle mass, body fat percentage, and more, so you can see exactly how your body is transforming. Before you start the program you will have a scan and send it to Katie prior to your 1st appointment, we will then repeat every 6 weeks.
