What is Thrive+?
Thrive+ is a six-week, whole-health programme built to help you feel strong, confident, and in control during menopause or perimenopause.
We’ve teamed up with a medical specialist, a registered dietitian, and an experienced strength coach to create a truly holistic approach. Together, they’ll help you understand what’s happening in your body, build strength around your symptoms, and make sustainable changes that actually work.
Weekly 1:1 coaching
With Aaron to address movement issues and build strength that supports your changing body.
Bi-weekly nutrition sessions
With Katie (via Google Meet) to balance blood sugar, improve energy, and guide sustainable lifestyle habits.
A one-off consultation with Dr Reem
(online or in-person) to review symptoms, provide expert advice, and — with your permission — liaise directly with your GP about any treatment recommendations.
Additional Medical Support
If medical treatment or blood work is needed, Dr Reem can provide input while your GP continues local care — so you’re fully supported every step of the way.
Meet the Team Behind Thrive+
Dr Reem Al Shaikh
A GP and British Menopause Society specialist with over a decade of experience, Dr Reem is passionate about women’s health, wellbeing, and longevity. She holds advanced qualifications in menopause care, reproductive health, and gynaecology, and runs her own Women’s Wellness Clinic — providing personalised, evidence-based care for women at every life stage.
Katie Henry
With over 20 years’ experience in the NHS, private practice, and digital health, Katie specialises in women’s health, weight management, and metabolic wellbeing. Her approach focuses on small, achievable habit changes that make a real difference to energy, mood, and long-term health.
Aaron Scott
Aaron brings over a decade of coaching experience and a deep understanding of functional movement and pain management. His StrongFit mentorship taught him to identify and correct imbalances, helping you build strength, confidence, and body awareness that lasts well beyond the programme.
