The starting process at CrossFit Structure

First you will start with a No Sweat Intro, you have no obligation to sign up with us, just come in for a chat have a look around and see if we are the right gym for you. You can book this appointment here. If we are not quite the right fit for you thats absolutely fine – please sign up with someone and get/keep moving though. We want you to live longer and healthier!

Once you have signed up, you will start with approximately 4 x 1-1 sessions with a coach, they will asses your current mobility and strength and also go through some of the movements you will see regularly during the classes. By the end of these 4 x 1-1 sessions you should have some confidence in joining the group class and you can go for it! If you are not quite ready for group classes, and want to stick with 1-1’s for a little longer, that’s perfectly fine and we will just keep the 1-1’s going!
