No! CrossFit Structure welcomes all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Every class is scaled to your abilities, and our coaches will guide you safely every step of the way.
The first step is to book a free intro, where you’ll meet a coach, tour the gym, and talk through your goals. Before diving into classes, we’ll assign you a coach to guide you through the movements and equipment, so you feel confident and capable to join group CrossFit classes. Each class will include a brief, a guided warm up, and a workout all delivered by an expert coach who will tailor the movements and weights to your goals and fitness level.
We work with you to design a plan based on your goals, experience, and lifestyle. Whether it’s our general CrossFit classes, 1:1 coaching, or specialist programmes like Thrive+, we’ll find the right fit. Book a free intro with a member of the CrossFit Structure team and we can find out which programme is right for you.
Absolutely! Many members come from nearby towns including Fordham, Red Lodge, and Mildenhall. We make it easy to feel at home, no matter where you’re coming from.
It’s our people. Our coaches are highly experienced, and our members are supportive and friendly. Every session focuses on safe, effective movement and helps you progress in strength, fitness, and confidence.
Yes. Our coaches take a functional approach, identifying weaknesses or imbalances and adjusting movements to suit your body. For ongoing or complex issues, we can integrate support from medical specialists like Dr Reem in our Thrive+ programme.
CrossFit is simply constantly varied functional fitness! We use a range of functional movements and objects (such as dumbbells, barbells) to not only improve your strength and fitness, but equip you for every day life.
Yes! We have dedicated parking spaces right outside our unit, and even if they’re all full, there are plenty of spaces elsewhere on the estate.
Find CrossFit Structure on Milton Enterprise Park, Oaks Drive (we’re Unit 10!). We’re a stone’s throw from the big Tesco (Willie Snaith Road /Fordham Road), and right by Newmarket Harley-Davidson. You can’t miss us!
We do! CrossFit Structure’s owners, Aaron and Charlotte, are parents themselves – so we know first hand how important is it to encourage kids to be active and start building health habits from a young age.
