Founder
I discovered CrossFit in 2010 while serving in the US Military and was immediately drawn to the supportive community and effective training methods. I began coaching in 2015 and found great fulfillment in assisting others in achieving their fitness goals, whether it be weight loss, strength building, overcoming injuries, or correcting movement patterns and muscle imbalances. My passion lies in people – coaching is not just about instructing someone to move faster or better, it’s about truly connecting with each person and utilizing my skills to help them reach their full potential.

Charlotte
Aaron introduced me to CrossFit when we met in 2014. I was always quite active but CrossFit completely changed my outlook on training, and it was so much more fun! Since Aaron and I met we always dreamt of owning our own gym and in 2022 the dream became a reality! CrossFit Level 1.
Keaton
I walked into my first CrossFit gym in 2009, and I was instantly hooked. I began coaching in 2010 and have loved every moment since- it is just so much fun! I love how every workout is different and challenging in its own way. The energy, the people, and the community keep me coming back every day. I’m passionate about helping others reach their goals through both fitness and nutrition, holding my Level 2 CrossFit certification and a nutrition certification. I feel so honored to be a coach at CrossFit Structure! CrossFit Level 2.
Stefani
I started CrossFit back when I was 17 years old and since then have always been involved with fitness and the amazing community that comes with it. I love helping people reach their goals no matter how big or small, I love CrossFit because there is always room for improvement regardless if you’ve done it for years or just getting started. I’m working towards being a nutrition coach and my goal one day is to be a level 4 CrossFit coach. CrossFit Level 1.
Cathy
Having had a successful career within the NHS as a Mental Health Nurse and manager I have been passionate about supporting change and promoting positive mental health and wellbeing through education and development of local services and working with GP practices. My own need for managing a chronic health concern with fitness and nutrition put me on the path to explore my dream of becoming a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor in 2011. In more recent years I have added on to this and trained as a Health and Wellbeing and Transformative Life Coach. I have had many success stories as a PT and embrace positive relationships with diversity and offer a personable 1:1 approach, alongside making every session count and fun! I have been an avid CrossFit goer for over 10 years. It’s not only my fitness passion but also a great community that I thrive in.

At CrossFit Structure, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality equipment to help our members get the most out of every session. Our facility is equipped with Rogue barbells, Concept2 rowers, and Echo AirBikes to support everything from strength work to high-intensity conditioning. We also offer a wide range of kettlebells, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, and sandbags for varied, functional training that builds real-world strength, fitness, and confidence. With a well-equipped training space and expert coaching, CrossFit Structure is here to help you get stronger, fitter, and more capable.
Premium Amenities
CrossFit Structure features a spacious training facility with a changing area, four showers, an InBody scanner, and astro turf for sled pushes and drags. What sets us apart is our expert coaching and supportive onboarding process, helping new members build confidence before joining classes. Owner Aaron specialises in pain management, while our coaching team also brings extensive Olympic weightlifting knowledge to support every member’s progress.
