Aaron
I discovered CrossFit in 2010 while serving in the US Military and was immediately drawn to the supportive community and effective training methods. I began coaching in 2015 and found great fulfillment in assisting others in achieving their fitness goals, whether it be weight loss, strength building, overcoming injuries, or correcting movement patterns and muscle imbalances.
My passion lies in people – coaching is not just about instructing someone to move faster or better, it’s about truly connecting with each person and utilizing my skills to help them reach their full potential.

Charlotte
Aaron introduced me to CrossFit when we met in 2014. I was always quite active but CrossFit completely changed my outlook on training, and it was so much more fun! Since Aaron and I met we always dreamt of owning our own gym and in 2021 the dream became a reality!
I have coached kids for many years in Martial Arts and I now run our CrossFit kids program. I love getting the chance to give children the very best start to a healthy lifestyle.

I started CrossFit back when I was 17 years old and since then have always been involved with fitness and the amazing community that comes with it. I love helping people reach their goals doesn’t matter how big or small, I love CrossFit because there is always room for improvement regardless you’ve done it for years or just getting started. I’m working towards being a nutrition coach and my goal one day is to be a level 4 CrossFit coach

Katie
I am a UK Registered Specialist Dietitian with almost 20 years of experience. I’ve worked in the NHS, private practice and provided specialist health coaching to remote digital health companies.
I promote all foods to be eaten in moderation as a part of a healthy balanced diet and believe that variety is the spice of life. In my opinion, there is no such thing as ‘good’ and ‘bad’ foods, just good and bad dietary intakes. I promote healthy lifestyles as a way of life, rather than fad/short-term diets.
I specialise in weight management, Diabesity (Diabetes & Weight Loss) and gastroenterology and work both privately and for the NHS. I am passionate about behaviour change and I use these skills regularly in practice.
