Group classes
CrossFit classes are fun and challenging workouts that combine strength training, cardio, and other exercises to get you in great shape. You’ll be part of a supportive group, meet new people, and work together to achieve your fitness goals.

Weightlifting
In weightlifting class, you’ll have the opportunity to learn skilled movements and techniques under the guidance of a knowledgeable instructor. Whether you’re new to weightlifting or experienced, you’ll have access to barbells, dumbbells, and other equipment to practice and perfect your form.

Gymnastics
Gymnastics class is the perfect place to challenge yourself with new and exciting movements that will improve your flexibility, balance, and coordination. Your instructor will guide you through a variety of skills to help you progress towards your next gymnastics level.

Small group/ Semi private training
Experience the power of personalised group fitness with our small group training classes. You will work closely with our expert coach in a 1-4 person setting, receiving tailored programmeming and individualised attention to achieve your fitness goals effectively.

One-on-one coaching can be an effective way to develop new skills or improve technique in specific movements.
