26th April – WOD n Wine & Bring a friend event

Start time: 6 pm

If you haven’t been to one of our Wod n wine events yet this is an absolute blast! It is exactly as it sounds, for the first hour we will work out together, in pairs or teams. With Basic movements that even the most non-gym-like person can do and enjoy!  After the workout, we will stick around, chat, drink, and eat snacks! What more could you want from a Friday evening? And of course, bring all the friends you can along to enjoy with you too! Any non-members can register for the event here https://go.crossfitstructure.com/bring-a-friend. 28th April – Advanced Weightlifting Workshop with Jared

Start Time: 12:30 pm

Helen’s weightlifting fuindamentals was a huge hit. Ready for more???

Dive into theory and hands-on practice to gain confidence and enhance your performance. The main focus will be on the Snatch movement and technique.

The seminar will be limited to 6 participants for an optimal learning experience. Booking is on a first-come, first-served basis, secure your space on Wodboard now!

W/C 6th May – Shape up for Summer – 6-week Challenge

This is a 6-week challenge in a small semi-private group, spaces are very limited and offered on a first come first served basis.

For the 6 weeks, you will meet once a week for 60 minutes, the first 15 minutes of each session will focus on nutrition and a plan of attack for the next week. This will be followed by a 45-minute fat-burning session.

You will have an InBody scan at the start of the challenge and again at the end of the 6 weeks.

This 6-week challenge will cost £180, which works out to just £30 per week.
